Wall and bar stretching exercises to maximize height growth
My favorite stretch exercises that worked best for me is the wall stretch and bar stretch.
Wall stretch
You can do this stretching by standing close to a wall while facing away from the wall. Keep your spine as close as possible to the wall. After that, stand on your toes and reach your hands as high as you can against the wall. Repeat this exercise 5 times every 10 seconds intervals.
Bar stretch
This is very simple to do. You can do this anywhere you like either in the gym or at a goal post or at a bus station. What you do is to hang from a bar that is mounted on a ceiling or on a frame. This can help to improve muscles in the shoulder and back and to straighten your spine.
As I said, you can do any stretch that you feel suitable for you. The most important thing is it works for you. In my own experience in doing these stretching exercises, the secret to make it works for you is that you have to persistence. You will see some results but it would not happen overnight.
Many people don’t believe that growing taller after puberty is possible and many people say that those who believe are insane. But I proved that I can grow taller in my late 30s through this simple stretching techniques and proper diet.
If I can do it, you can too. Besides stretching and diet you need enough sleep. 5 to 6 hours of sleep is all you need as an adult but to grow taller you need between 6 to 8 hours of sleep everyday. If possible you go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday.
